Could this be the quilter's version of The Red Violin? I really enjoyed that movie and the image of bloody fingers staining a thimble red is [unfortunately] too vivid! I'm still hard at work on this quilt & determined to not let some swollen fingertips get in the way of its completion.What I'm doing right now during my finger-flexing break? Learning that my make-up is toxic: Skin Deep. But I look good.... I'm going to have to reevaluate what I'm using, this is really disturbing.

Hi there - I just stumbled across your blog and am looking forward to checking it out properly. But the first thing I noticed (besides those adorable business card holders which look great) was the link to Skin Deep. I truly appreciate this website and have been a strong advocate of researching the stuff I put on my face. It can do your head in at first, but once you get used to looking for the evils, you'd be suprised how little you really need to rely on makeup (and how much money you save when you think twice about buying it!) I just wish the website covered more products that we have on our shelves in Australia.
